Having eczema may not lead you to think about what kinds of clothes you’re wearing. Wearing comfortable, soft clothes that won’t aggravate the skin is important. You should opt for loose-fit clothes that are made from fabrics like cotton. Steer clear of rough fabric such as wool. After you buy new clothes, wash them in a mild laundry detergent and rinse them two times before you wear them.

Enjoy a warm bath to soothe your skin. The water needs to be tepid. Add some colloidal oatmeal or baking soda to your water for soothing the skin.
